As a qualified Mental Health Occupational Therapist, a speaker, coach and author of the book ‘The Mentally Fit Leader’, Julie works with leaders, professionals and teams to embed mental health behaviours that stick and are sustainable.
Julie has worked in public and private settings for 27 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and practice wisdom to the work that she does.
